(STAR)
The STAR program is designed to transform your idea into an organisation.
STAR is our flagship premium program that rests at the intersection of research, social change, and entrepreneurship. Over 22 weeks, you will identify a social issue, conduct a rigorous research project to investigate the selected phenomena, and design an organisation to contribute to the solution(s).
In addition to expert T.O.P research supervision, you will also attend curated discussions with domain experts and industry leaders. These sessions are an opportunity to gain from others’ experience and expertise, and develop and refine your project ideas.

This program is for you if:
You have an idea that could improve the well-being of others, and/or the world we all share.
You would like to make a positive difference to society.
You envision yourself as a leader.

We want to make your start-up dreams come true.
• Upon completion of the accelerator program, you will be offered an interview to work at the The Oxford Practice.
• If you are successful, we will support the launch of your start-up organisation. This includes strategic fortnightly supervision, access to expert mentors, and opportunities to raise project funding.
• In addition, you will also be responsible for your creating own T.O.P research portfolio and contributing to the organisation’s wider activities.
